Property Theory — Skilled Labourer

Assisting with RSJ installs and acrow propping, stud walls and plasterboarding, insulation fit-out, strip-outs and site clearance, mixing bonding coat, knocking through and forming openings, breaking out block work with an SDS drill.

Caleb’s Carpentry — Carpentry Mate

Stripping out old decking, prepping the sub-frame, fitting noggins, laying deck boards, setting posts with Postcrete.

On site: turns up ready to go, keeps pace without needing to be chased, and only needs telling once. What tradespeople notice most is the anticipation — the next board, mix or tool is already to hand before they ask for it. Fits in with site teams and clients from day one.
